Written in plain English so you know how monitoring, research, alerts, and scope work.
What you are buying
Opportunity Intelligence is scoped research and monitoring based on agreed accounts, territory, categories, signal types, exclusions, research depth, and reporting cadence. An alert or report may include the organization, current signal or money event, supporting evidence, why it fits, status or deadline when applicable, buyer intelligence, and a usable procurement or access path when verifiable.
What we do not promise
Facility Signals never guarantees contracts, replies, placements, or revenue. We provide researched opportunity intelligence and contact paths. Outreach, qualification, pricing, and closing are your work. Scores and value bands are estimates and are labeled as such.
Scope confirmation
Pricing is scope-based. Before payment, we review the requested service line, territory or accounts, signal types, exclusions, research depth, cadence, source availability, and workload. We then send a written scope, price, deliverables, and applicable terms by email. Payment is offered only after you confirm that written scope and price. Changes are reviewed and may affect price, timing, or coverage. Previously agreed private or legacy customer terms remain governed by their original agreement.
Corrections and scope issues
We review a delivered finding reported within 7 days if the organization is permanently closed, duplicated in the same delivery, or clearly outside the confirmed scope. Any correction or replacement depends on the agreed search terms. This does not cover a lack of reply, an existing vendor relationship that was not disclosed as an exclusion, or an organization choosing not to buy. We review the evidence against the confirmed scope and preserve the original delivery record.
Exclusivity
Findings are non-exclusive unless we agree otherwise in writing. We suppress organizations already delivered to you when they are disclosed or recorded, unless the underlying signal has meaningfully refreshed.
Research sources
We use public, legitimate business sources only. Public-source opportunity information can change, may be incomplete, and is not represented as real-time or nonpublic intelligence. We never collect private data or bypass access controls. Unknown information stays labeled unknown rather than being guessed.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the current official solicitation and addenda, deciding whether to bid or pursue, confirming licensing, bonding, insurance, registrations, qualifications, and compliance, and submitting complete materials on time. Facility Signals is not a government agency and does not make procurement decisions.
Sample intelligence
Public samples are fictional demonstrations of the research format and evidence standard. If an account-specific sample is offered privately, it is not a promise of a fixed number of findings, a particular market result, or future availability. We may decline or narrow a request that cannot be verified responsibly.
Payment and refunds
Submitting a request does not charge you. Pricing is scope-based, and the written scope, price, deliverables, cadence, and applicable payment terms are confirmed before payment. Payment is then processed through the approved payment path. Recurring scopes may be cancelled for future billing periods according to the confirmed written terms. Ordinary correction and replacement terms above continue to apply where included in the confirmed scope. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, and any approved refund is handled by our team and that provider rather than instantly or automatically by this site. If something goes wrong, contact us so we can review the request, payment, intelligence, and delivery record.
Acceptable use
Delivered findings are for your own business outreach. Do not resell, republish, or redistribute them without written permission. Follow the marketing, procurement, and communication laws that apply to you, including honoring opt-out requests.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version accepted for your monitoring or research scope governs that engagement.
